Certified Medication Tech
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Administer medications to patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration
Assist licensed nurses with medication preparation and distribution
Monitor and report any adverse reactions to medications
Participate in patient care conferences and document patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
Requirements:
Current certification as a Medication Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; experience working with patients with varying diagnoses and needs
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
