Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas according to company standards.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to protect guests and staff.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily cleanliness goals.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a diverse environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Prior hospitality or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
