CSI Companies is seeking a
Sticker Cycle Counting Associate for our client. This is a great opportunity to
become a vital part of maintaining our inventory accuracy and quality standards! In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for conducting precise cycle counts and quality inspections, supporting our Sticker QC team, and ensuring our inventory is flawless. Your contributions will directly impact our operational success in a fast-paced environment at our Sunnyvale location.
Hours: 40 hours/week; M- F 8AM - 4:30 PM with occasional overtime
Location: Onsite, Sunnyvale, TX
Pay: $18/hr.
Position Type: Contract
What You'll Do:
- Pull and complete assigned cycle counts from the sticker inventory room following the daily schedule
- Enter and document cycle count results accurately in the inventory management system
- Perform quality inspections on incoming sticker autographs to ensure compliance
- Identify, investigate, and report quality issues, including damages, defects, shortages, and overages
- Assist in internal audits and uphold compliance with quality management standards
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in counting and inspecting stickers
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred but not mandatory)
- Attention to safety and adherence to company protocols
- Willingness to assist with additional tasks like helping the Sticker QC team when not occupied with cycle counts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in inventory control or quality inspection roles
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Previous experience in cycle counting, quality control, or related fields is a plus
