Role Overview
Job Responsibilities-
Support overall store operations and maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment. Ensure full compliancewith company policies, safety standards, and food safety protocols. Ensure facility repairs are completed andfollow best practices to pursue efficiencies and safety. Ensure adequate staffing and high levels of clientsatisfaction. Oversee store in absence of the Site Director and partners with supervisory chain on situations ofrisk, including conflict resolution with customers, staff, or vendors. Effectively delivers timely written and verbalreporting of store operations to WIC leadership team and other stakeholders, as needed. Maintain a flexibleschedule as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Participate in all aspects of the inventory management within the store, coordinating the ordering, receiving,distribution, and return processes. Support monthly inventory audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.Assist with reconciling inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain visual merchandising standards andstock levels by directing staff and participating in daily activities such as stocking, lifting, and handling inventory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and data as required by external entities and internal organizationalguidelines. Manage and performs an array of administrative tasks, including collecting, analyzing, andmaintaining data to comply with funding requirements. Work with external stakeholders as necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:-
Minimum H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 1-3 years relevant experience
- Preferred Associate’s Degree (AA) 3-5 years relevant experience

Preferred SERV Safe Manager Certification

In compliance with the Illinois Equal Pay Act of 2003 (820 ILCS 112/5, et seq.), Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is required to provide the wages and benefits that it reasonably expects in good faith to offer for any specific job positions posted. Please note that the exact compensation package ultimately offered to an applicant may vary based on skills, experience, and location, amongst other permissible factors.
Compensation: $20.50 - $23.00 / hour
