Director of Health Services (RN or LPN)

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Health Services team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Complete comprehensive resident assessments prior to move-in and throughout residency to ensure appropriate care plans and levels of care.
- Monitor quality of care through direct observations, chart audits, medication reviews, and documentation audits.
- Coordinate care and communication with physicians, pharmacies, therapy providers, laboratories, and other healthcare partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, supplies, and clinical records.
- Partner with residents and families to address concerns, provide updates, and deliver an exceptional care experience.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related setting.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
- Ability to assist residents with limited mobility and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Experience supporting residents with cognitive impairment.
Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends
- On-call responsibilities as needed
