Job Summary
You'll help keep businesses running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and repairing copiers, printers, and office equipment. You'll work directly with customers, solve technical challenges, and deliver exceptional service every day. This position has access to a variety of career growth opportunities. Your customers will be located in the Hampton, VA area and the surrounding region. This is LOCAL day shift driving only.
What You'll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and service copiers and printers at customer locations
- Provide technical support and resolve equipment issues efficiently
- Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate records
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, friendly service
- Stay current with ongoing technical training and product knowledge
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or mechanical training preferred
- Experience with electronics, mechanical devices, or related equipment is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work overtime based on business needs

Some of the Physical Demands Include
- Able to drive for long periods during each shift
- Ability to stand, walk and move around
- Lifting, raising, pushing, carrying and lowering objects of at least 50 lbs.
- Climbing, stooping, bending
- Handling, seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hand or hands.
- Ability to communicate by expressing or exchanging information
