We are looking for motivated individuals to join our metal fabrication team! This position supports a variety of shop functions including metal cutting, PEM, forming, and finishing with the goal of producing high-quality parts for our customers.
No extensive experience? No problem. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities

Follow daily production schedules and help meet team goals

Produce quality parts that meet company and customer specifications

Report production or quality concerns throughout the shift
-
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
-
Read blueprints and work instructions to complete customer orders
-
Set up and operate equipment in areas such as: Pedestal Weld ,Pem Station & Powder Coat
-
Assist with continuous improvement projects
-
Rotate between work areas as needed
-
Support other departments and team members when necessary
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
PEM press experience is a plus
-
Manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and quality

Dependable with good attendance and reliability

Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
