Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools to create accurate structural frameworks.
- Install concrete forms and assist with rebar placement for foundation and structural support
- Conduct finishing work including trimming, plastering, roofing, and siding to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in frame carpentry, concrete forming, or related construction fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials such as rebar, masonry components, siding materials, and roofing systems.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
- Valid construction site experience with familiarity in remodeling or restoration projects preferred.
