Optometric Technician / Receptionist (Part-Time/Full-Time) – 1 Weekend Day Required Concord, CA (Inside Costco)
We are a fast-paced optometry office located inside Costco in Concord, CA, seeking a dependable and friendly Optometric Technician/Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with Optometric Tech experience who enjoys working with patients and thrives in a busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify and bill vision and medical insurance
- Perform pre-testing procedures prior to exams
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front office tasks
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Weekends: 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Paid Lunch break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) availability is required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of optometry experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
Pay:
- Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
