The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a genuine love for early childhood education. Our teachers play a key role in creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate lessons that promote growth and development.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and self-expression through play-based learning.
- Observe and document each child’s developmental milestones and progress.
- Communicate effectively and positively with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a caring and organized classroom.
- Follow all childcare safety and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with toddlers (preferred).
- CDA, TCC, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- A nurturing personality and strong communication skills.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about helping children thrive.
