We are an interior design studio in Brooklyn, NY. We design residential and commercial properties in the NY/NJ vicinity. We are a small team looking to add someone amazing who is interested in being apart of our small, but hardworking and dedicated, team! We would love to hear from you!
Duties
- Create detailed CAD drawings and 2D animations for mechanical designs
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designer to develop accurate and precise drawings
- Use drafting software such as AutoCad or Revit to create and modify design.
- Interpret technical specifications, schematics, and blueprints to accurately represent design concepts
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Assist in the development of design documentation and project reports
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design principles
- Strong knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, MicroStation, SolidWorks, NavisWorks, and other relevant software
- Experience in creating 2D animations is a plus
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with engineers and architects
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
