Pharmacy Technician – Days/Evenings (7‑Week Contract)
Location: LTC Mail Order Pharmacy
Contract Length: 7 weeks

Shift Schedule: Rotating Days/Evenings (8:00am–5:00pm; 1:00pm–9:00pm)
RPh on the Go is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented Pharmacy Technicians to support our Long‑Term Care (LTC) Mail Order operations. This is a great opportunity for technicians who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy contributing to high‑quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications.

Collaborate with the Billing Supervisor to enter prescription data and support reimbursement processes.

Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to prepackage medications in accordance with regulatory standards.

Assist Pharmacists with final prescription checks, including staging medications for review, packaging post‑review, and coordinating timely delivery.

Support Pharmacy Management with inventory control: receiving and rotating stock, posting lot numbers and expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory counts.

Partner with the Technician Supervisor to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, including equipment checks for calibration, safety, and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.

Michigan Pharmacy Technician License (active and in good standing).

Long‑term care pharmacy experience preferred.

Sterile compounding/IV preparation experience a plus.
