About the Position
As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide high-quality mental health counseling services to clients of all ages while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to helping families thrive.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and child therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with schools, physicians, community agencies, and other providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Uphold ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
Nebraska Licensure Required
- PLMHP
- LMHP
- LIMHP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping children, families, and individuals improve their well-being
