What You'll Do
- Connect with residential and small business customers to introduce Verizon's internet, TV, and phone services.
- Meet with customers in person through residential neighborhoods, community events, and other outreach opportunities.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend the Verizon products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
- Build relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage your sales pipeline from initial conversation through account setup.
- Stay up to date on Verizon products, promotions, and technology.
- Work alongside a supportive team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
