Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas regularly.
- Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards.
- Handle custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care procedures.
- Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in housekeeper management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
