Hand & Stone University Park, is in search of a Licensed Esthetician looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment. This is a part time position, 3 to 4 days a week and in need of Sunday am shift. We are seeking an minimum of 2 to 4 years hands on facial experience, preferably within a Spa setting. An individual who possesses self confidence, enthusiasm and excellent verbal and customer service skills. We provide hands on esthetic training along with all esthetic supplies, clientele and product.
Position Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience and strong SALES Experience required within a Spa setting
- Perform consecutive 50 minute facials as well as other skin care services
- Knowledge of hydra facial, microdermabrasion and LED phototherapy, dermaplaning required
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Willingness and confidence to upgrade clients skin care treatment and suggest skin care retail at end of service
- Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
- Must carry Professional liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
