Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team! This role offers a base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn based on your performance. The ideal candidate will have STRONG sales skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for helping customers.
Duties:
- Repairing electronics including mobile phones, computers, tablets, game consoles, and more
- Greet and engage with customers, providing product recommendations and solutions
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain store appearance, restock inventory, and assist with merchandising
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle medium/heavy workload
- Must pay fine attention to detail
- Must take constructive criticism well
- No experience necessary but it definitely helps!
Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: $14-$16/hr
Commission: Earn up to 10% on every sale, with uncapped earning potential
Bonus Opportunities: Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and Google reviews
