You don't need to be an insurance expert. You find the damage, we fight to get the homeowner every dollar they're owed, and our production team delivers the roof. Your job is to open doors and build trust. We handle the rest.

What You'll Earn
- 10% on annual sales up to $500,000
- 12% on annual sales from $500,000 to $1,000,000
- 15% on annual sales over $1,000,000
A rep closing 3–4 jobs per week at an average job size of $10,000–$15,000 earns $3,000–$9,000 per week. Top performers in storm restoration clear $200K+. This is performance-based pay — your income matches your effort.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and community outreach
- Perform free roof inspections and identify storm and hail damage
- Walk homeowners through the process and set expectations
- Close deals and hand off to our production team
- Build your own book of business in the Madison area
What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Sales experience is a plus, not a requirement — we've trained rookies into top earners
