- Supervises public ice skating sessions to ensure compliance with Pavilion rules and procedures; provides exceptional internal and external customer service
- Distributes and collects skates before and after public ice skating sessions
- Assists with general cleaning of facility
- Monitors Bounce House activities to ensure guest safety
- Provides minor first aid assistance as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous customer service and ice skating experience preferred. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
