Customer Service Representative
Prancer Capital is an auto finance company located in Lake Mary, FL. We are looking to add an employee to our Customer Service/ Collections department.
Job Description:
· Contact delinquent customers by mail, telephone or other approved methods i in order to solicit payments.
· Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the company.
· Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
· Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
· Resolve billing and customer credit issues
· Update account status records and collection efforts
· Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Qualifications:
· At least one year similar or related experience preferred.
· Would be willing to train the right candidate.
· Must be highly organized, self-motivated, able to prioritize numerous tasks with great attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.
· Must possess good decision-making skills and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Bilingual a plus.
