Executive Personal Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Clarksville, MD
Role: In-person
Schedule: Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week (with flexibility based on business and family needs)
Compensation: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO and her family. This role is responsible for managing personal errands, coordinating family logistics, organizing schedules, arranging travel, and handling a wide variety of administrative and household tasks that allow the CEO to focus on leading her business and spending quality time with her family.

Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal & Household Management
- Grocery shopping and household supply runs
- Dry cleaning pickup and drop-off
- Package pickup, shipping, and returns
- Personal shopping for clothing, gifts, and household items
- Coordinate home maintenance appointments and service providers
- Schedule repairs, deliveries, and household vendors
- Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed
Family Support
- Assist with transportation for children's school activities, extracurricular events, and appointments as needed
- Coordinate family calendars and schedules
- Schedule medical, dental, and personal appointments
- Assist with planning birthdays, holidays, and family events
- Handle miscellaneous family-related errands
Travel Coordination
- Book domestic and international flights
- Reserve hotels, rental cars, and transportation
- Prepare travel itineraries
- Research destinations, restaurants, and activities
- Coordinate travel logistics for the CEO and family
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage personal calendar appointments
- Track receipts and organize expenses
- Conduct online research
- Order products and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist with special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly dependable with excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with excellent judgment
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online shopping platforms, and travel booking websites
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary
- Comfortable running errands throughout Columbia, MD, and surrounding areas
- Flexibility to adjust priorities as business and family needs change
Pre-Employment Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing the following:
- Comprehensive criminal background check
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) check with a satisfactory driving history
- Verification of employment history
- Minimum of three professional references from previous supervisors or employers
- Signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
