What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Patient nursing care and treatment support
- Client education and communication
- Venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory testing, and sample collection
- Surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, and recovery care
- Radiology and diagnostic assistance
- Appointment support and medical workflow coordination
- Fear Free / low-stress patient handling and compassionate restraint techniques
- Collaboration with doctors, technicians, assistants, and client service team members to deliver excellent patient care
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Loves veterinary medicine and providing exceptional patient care
- Values teamwork, kindness, and strong communication
- Enjoys client education and building relationships
- Is confident in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Has strong attention to detail and a willingness to continue learning
Qualifications
- Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred OR Experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Fear Free / low-stress handling skills strongly encouraged
- Surgical, anesthesia, or advanced technical skills are valued
