Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer - Assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, printing, copying, and other business services - Process Amazon and other carrier returns accurately - Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions - Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions - Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store - Help stock supplies and merchandise - Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs when needed - Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn - Strong computer and typing skills - Retail, shipping, printing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask - High school diploma or GED preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay - Paid training
