- Compensation: $40/hour starting rate +$1000 bonus per sale on company generated leads
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Requirements:
- Active Arizona real estate license
- Minimum 1 year of home sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and MLS systems
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead agents with client management
- Coordinate property showings and client file management
- Prepare and process real estate documents
- Conduct market research and property analysis
- Support efforts for listings and buyer clients
