Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours between 8am-6pm

Baler Autism Center is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing team of compassionate professionals providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout San Benito, Monterey, Santa Clara, and surrounding counties.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including skill-based and functional behavior assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians.
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing treatment modifications.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and family involvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and medical providers.
- Complete treatment authorizations, progress reports, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethical Guidelines and payer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Active California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to client homes, schools, community settings, and clinic locations as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Experience with early intervention and parent training.
- Experience conducting assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, BDI-3, or ABAS-3.
- Experience supervising RBTs and trainees.
- Knowledge of naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in active play and model intervention strategies.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout therapy environments.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to respond quickly during behavioral or safety situations.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
