Job Description
Starting Pay: $22.25/hr
Weekend Pay: Up to $23.25/hr
Shift Time(s): 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

At NOVA Logistics, Delivery Drives play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and with professionalism throughout the community.
You will begin and end each shift at the Amazon Warehouse DKS3 in Lenexa, KS.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Load and organize packages into delivery vans
- Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws
- Use GPS routing and delivery technology devices
- Deliver packages professionally and courteously to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- Communicate issues or delays to management promptly
- Follow all Amazon and company safety procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining delivery quality
Though schedules are planned, some flexibility is required during Prime Week and Peak holiday season. Most drivers are expected to work at least one weekend day.
Qualifications
As a Delivery Driver, You’ll Need:
- Valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle 150+ packages daily
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to enter/exit vehicle frequently throughout route
- Comfortable using handheld devices and apps
- Clean motor vehicle record preferred
