Comfort Keepers is seeking a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our network of caring professionals in the Lady Lake office. At Comfort Keepers, we provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their home.
Job Summary
The Client Care Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through ongoing communication, service monitoring, client visits, issue resolution, and support of caregiver-client relationships. The position promotes client retention, caregiver engagement, and service excellence.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of customer service, healthcare, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Must be able to pass a background check (including motor vehicle record check).

Work Environment:
Office-based with field responsibilities. Client visits may occur in residential, community, and commercial settings.

Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing; lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and fieldwork both required.
