We’re excited to welcome a Part-Time COTA (up to 29 hours/week) to our growing therapy team at Asbury Solomons. As our caseload continues to expand, this is a great opportunity to grow alongside a team that’s building something meaningful together.
- Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships while supporting residents’ independence, safety, and daily function
- Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Support residents, families, and staff in understanding therapy goals, progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Maryland COTA license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- A positive, supportive approach to patient care
