American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU (SICU) travel assignment in Worcester, MA, requiring a MA RN license and a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience with SICU background.

Surgical ICU (SICU) unit in a high-acuity hospital environment
-
Patient population includes surgical, trauma, and transplant cases
-
Patient ratio of 1:1-2
-
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Every other weekend required
-
Floating required to other adult ICUs and stepdown units as needed

Charting performed in Epic
-
Active MA RN license required
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
-
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

SICU experience required; candidates with previous travel experience AND Level I Trauma experience may also be considered

Must be able to pass a pass/fail EKG test

Two professional references required, at least one of which must be from a Nurse Manager or higher
-
Candidates must reside more than 200 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates

This is a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environment

A pass/fail telemetry test will be administered at orientation with one attempt allowed
