Worship Pastor (Full-Time)

Are you passionate about creating a Jesus-centered and redemption-focused worship culture that is dynamic, expressive, and engaging? Summit Church is seeking a full-time worship pastor to lead and grow our worship teams to create moments of ministry that help people see God and live a life of worship.
At Summit Church, our mission is simple: Pursue Jesus. Build Community. Restore Hope. We're looking for a ministry leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys building healthy ministry teams from the ground up.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
· Demonstrate a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a life of integrity.
· Have a genuine passion for relational disciple-making
· Recruit, train, encourage, and lead volunteers through personal relationships and effective leadership.
· Create engaging moments of ministry through musical worship
· Understand sound, presentation, lighting, video/streaming technologies effectively enough to provide direction to the creative team
· Demonstrate a passion for developing the next generation of worship leaders
· Be organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Enjoy collaborating with pastors, staff, parents, and volunteers.
· Bring an entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, initiative, and a desire to build and strengthen ministry.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience leading or serving in a worship leadership role.
· Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain volunteer teams.
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· A heart for discipleship, outreach, and building relationships with musicians and other creatives
Compensation & Benefits:
· Full-Time Exempt Position
· Starting salary: $50,000
