Byrd Surveying, Inc. is a mid-size land surveying firm located in Tennessee, offering professional surveying services in the middle Tennessee area. We are seeking enthusiastic, aggressive candidates for our field operations. The tasks assigned will take place in a varied outdoor environment that will include construction sites and commercial areas as well as the possibility of forested and undeveloped regions.
Experience in land surveying as a Crew Chief is required. At least 3 years as a Party/Crew Chief experience in the field surveying for Construction Sites Staking, Boundary and Topo Surveying and As-Built Surveying is required.
You must know how to operate all land surveying equipment, including robotic instruments, GPS equipment’s, handheld computers, and other advanced gear. You must know how to code for TOPO and As-Built Surveys. One must have complete understanding of the procedures which is required for conducting the field work to obtain accurate and professional results. Drone Surveying experience and Drone License is a plus.
