Summary
As a LPN at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the daily operations of the assigned inpatient programs. These functions include – but are not limited to –
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a residential facility.
- Performing routine assessments of clients prior to providing medications
- Dispensing and documenting all medications as ordered
- Taking client vital signs, changing dressings and performing other routine nursing activities
- Completing screening evaluations, assisting physician as required during sick call
- Completing the Medications Administration Record (MAR) on all medications provided, transcribing orders to the MAR
- Monitoring clients providing urine drug screens (UDS)
- Performing blood draws
- Completing all laboratory documents required, enduring the proper disposal of bio-hazardous material
- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) when needed
- Monitoring clients during daily activity and performing crisis interventions as required
- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures
Qualifications

- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
- Licensed Practical Nurse by the State of Florida
- Graduated from an accredited nursing school
- One year psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
