Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, coffee drinks, and snacks with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing excellent service.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food handling, preparation areas, and the café environment.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, especially within cafés or retail environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation standards.
