We are a family-owned jewelry store serving the Florida Keys for 34 years, specializing in fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom design, jewelry repairs, nautical pieces, and luxury watches.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and helping customers celebrate life's most meaningful moments. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team.
This position offers a long-term growth opportunity where the right candidate can develop valuable product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationships while becoming an important part of our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help customers select jewelry, gifts, watches, and engagement rings
- Answer questions about products, repairs, and services
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory organization and merchandising
- Receive and document jewelry repair intake
- Support custom jewelry consultations and special orders
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
- Help create a positive shopping experience for every customer
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Jewelry industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working with customers in a luxury retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
- Basic computer skills

Jewelry experience is not required. Hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, banking, and other client-facing experiences are all highly valued.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
