IAD AUTO INC, an independent and established auto dealership serving the Washington DC area for over 35 years, is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our high-performing team.
With two thriving locations, over 300 vehicles in inventory, and a full-service center staffed by top-tier technicians, we’re looking for a dynamic leader to help us continue to grow and innovate.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the used car department, including inventory strategy.
- Develop actionable plans to grow sales and maximize profitability.
- Accurately appraise trade-ins and manage pricing based on market data.
- Oversee the reconditioning process to ensure high vehicle standards.
- Build strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and inventory sources.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategy as needed.
- Ensure all processes meet dealership policies and compliance standards.
What You Bring:
- Proven automotive sales and management experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Advanced pricing and appraisal knowledge.
- Familiarity with DealerTrack, Arkona DMS, VAuto, and Elead CRM (Huge Plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Pay: $162,878.43 - $275,724.56 per year
