Sales Representative
Salary: $65,000 - $77,000 annually, plus commission
Location: Vernon, CA
Optimum Seismic is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and industry professionals
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Coordinate projects and communicate with clients throughout the sales process
- Attend and represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry events
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams
- Prepare proposals and assist clients in understanding project scope and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
