What You'll Do
As our Center Director, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of center operations while creating an environment where children, families, and employees thrive.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of early childhood professionals
- Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging culture for children, families, and staff
- Building strong relationships with families while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Driving enrollment through community partnerships and local outreach
- Ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and quality standards
- Managing daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
- Maintaining high educational standards through curriculum oversight and classroom support
- Fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across your team
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an inspiring leader who combines operational excellence with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Experience leading and developing successful teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience overseeing business operations, budgeting, enrollment growth, or revenue goals preferred
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and quality standards preferred
- The ability to meet all state licensing qualifications for a Center Director
- Basic computer proficiency
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of working in an early childhood education environment
