Job Purpose:
Monitoring that safe, secure, punctual and quality services are provided to RJ aircraft and passengers from check-in till aircraft take-off and from landing till Baggage delivery, Supervising the aircraft arrival, departure and turnaround handling process as per the set rules and regulations, ensuring all ground operations and that all processes are carried out on a timely manner to avoid any delays.
Principal Accountabilities:
▪ Supervising that ground handling activities are conducted in accordance with the contracted Ground Handling including aircraft arrival, departure and turnaround ground handling process.
▪ Supervising passengers, baggage and cargo aircraft handling activities
▪ Supervising that flight disruptions are handled as per the set rules and regulations
▪ Supervising that passengers with special needs (PRM, UMNR, etc.) are handled as per the set rules and regulations
▪ Supervising that flight related information, messages, notifications and documents
▪ Handling and Following-up on customers’ complaints and baggage claims in coordination with concerned parties
▪ Ensuring airside safety and security regulations are implemented when servicing the aircraft
▪ Supervising that loading and offloading process is carried out as per the set procedures
▪ Supervising that all required service providers are available in due time (fueling , catering, cleaning)
▪ Supervising that the needed Ground Support Equipment and ULDs are available and serviceable.
▪ Read and interpret aircraft Load sheets, checked baggage
Requirements,
▪ Diploma or international equivalent
▪ A minimum of 5 years in supervising of Passengers handling, Ramp & Load control operation
▪ Ability to work under pressure & in all weather conditions
▪ Communication skills
▪ Familiar with Amadeus (CM/FM)
