*We are looking for 20-25 hours a week. Weekends and holidays are REQUIRED With this position. This is the day shift and includes Friday and Sunday. *This position does not work for a high schooler as runs during school hours. *
- Provide excellent customer services
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take orders at drive-thru window. Serve orders at drive-thru window.
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Answer phones and take all phone orders
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Make coffees and drinks
