As part of our Entry Level Account Manager team, you will work closely with experienced senior managers to gain hands-on exposure in driving sales, building meaningful relations with current and prospective customers, and promoting business growth. Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Directly interact with customers, assess their needs, and promote products and services that will contribute to their everyday lives
- Recognize customer concerns and issues, offering effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
- Keep record of customer interactions and sales activities to accurately track sales performance and ensure success in the customer enrollment process
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals by providing consistent mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment
Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
