Blauch Brothers, Inc. is hiring an experienced foreman with installing commercial piping systems and mechanical controls. Must be able to read and execute jobs on blueprints.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate confidence and competence in consistently planning, preparing, conducting job layout, assembling, installing, altering, and/or repairing pipelines, piping systems, related components and equipment while adhering to safe work practices and quality standards.

Assist with tasks or jobs within the Company to accommodate changes in workflow.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change requests or rework when appropriate.

Properly care for and maintain Company-owned tools, vehicles, machinery, equipment, personnel, and other associated resources.
Job Requirements:

Education and Training: High School Diploma or GED required. Vocational training in plumbing, piping, or sheet metal. Professional trade credentials desired but not required

MUST possess relevant trade experience commensurate with assigned position
In addition, all candidates selected for hire must:

Possess a valid, non-expired driver's license.

Be eligible under Form I-9 requirements to be legally employed in the U.S.

Pass background driving records check.

Pass criminal history check.

Pass drug screening test.
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, non-exempt position that typically runs Mon-Thu, 4-10s or Mon-Fri, 5-8s, 40 to 42.5 hours weekly. Hours may vary at times to meet project deadlines, including some infrequent Fridays, weekends, and/or evening hours. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times normal rate for anything more than 40 hours per week.

Moderate walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.

Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment weighing 15-75 pounds.

Manual dexterity for high-quality craftsmanship.

Visual ability to read instructions, blueprints, and other materials.

Basic computer operation.

Hearing and verbal communication skills for effective conversation in person and on the telephone.
