What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate baristas during your shifts
- Oversee scheduling, training, and coaching team members
- Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold BIGGBY standards
- Handle cash, deposits, and basic reporting
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to reach goals
