As a Lawn Mowing Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering the high-quality landscape maintenance services our clients have come to expect. You'll work alongside experienced Crew Leaders and team members while maintaining residential, commercial, and community properties throughout the area.

What You'll Do
As part of our landscape maintenance team, you will:
- Perform lawn mowing using commercial equipment
- Trim, edge, blow, and clean up properties after service
- Assist with landscape maintenance including pruning, mulching, planting, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups
- Work closely with Crew Leaders and fellow team members to complete daily routes safely and efficiently
- Represent Plant Concepts professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients
- Participate in company meetings and ongoing training
- Follow all company safety procedures and properly operate landscaping equipment
- Perform other landscape maintenance duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of professional lawn maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers, and other landscape equipment
- Motivated candidates with related outdoor work experience are encouraged to apply—we're willing to train the right person
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment
- Work eight or more hours per day during the landscaping season
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typical work week: 40+ hours
- Overtime available and required as needed
- Occasional weekend work may be necessary due to weather delays
- Potential for year-round employment for qualified team members
Compensation
$18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
