Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to work as an Automation SME for our customer in Montgomery, Texas.
Clearance: This position requires an Active Secret clearance*
Key Skills:
- Strong scripting expertise in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Shell scripting to automate infrastructure, cloud, security, and operational workflows.
- Experience developing and maintaining Ansible playbooks, roles, automation workflows, and standardized runbooks for enterprise-scale environments.
- Expertise with HashiCorp Terraform for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management across cloud and on-prem platforms.
- Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, secrets management, credential rotation, PKI integration, and secure automation practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms to automate deployments and system changes.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and automation governance skills with experience supporting compliance, change management, and large-scale operational environments.
