Currently hiring for all shifts. Guaranteed 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday, with the possibility for OT and occasional Saturdays.
**New pay rates** range from $13.75/hr. to $16.25/hr. depending on position with yearly rate increases.
We are currently offering a bi-weekly $80 perfect attendance bonuses (equates to an extra $1/hr.)
Other benefits include paid holidays. Shared-cost medical, PTO available after 3 months, and 401(k) enrollment after a year.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating plastic injection molding machines and related equipment within the cycle of the machine.
If applicable to part being run, adding inserts, gaskets and/or removing runners between each shot.
Checking part for quality in accordance with Manufacturing Operating Manual (MOM Book) on product.
Packaging product and documenting production and scrap as required.
Maintaining work area.
Cleaning work area at the end of shift.
