We are seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to assist with advanced periodontal and implant procedures while developing specialized surgical skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist with periodontal and dental implant surgeries
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment
- Obtain radiographs and diagnostic records
- Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Educate patients on post-operative instructions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Manage surgical inventory and supplies
- Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience
Ideal Candidate
- Dental assisting experience required
- Surgical, implant, periodontal, oral surgery, or specialty experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a surgical environment
- Eagerness to learn and expand clinical skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong dental assisting fundamentals, excellent work ethic, and a genuine interest in surgical dentistry.
Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
