As a Wireless Representative, you’ll join a performance-driven team where communication, consistency, and customer experience matter. As we expand in the Fresno area, we’re hiring motivated individuals looking to build experience as a Wireless Representative in a fast-paced environment.
The Wireless Representative role is a customer-facing, entry-level opportunity focused on wireless sales, customer service, and account support. Each Wireless Representative works directly with customers to explain wireless products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions that meet individual needs.
What You’ll Do as a Wireless Representative
- Engage with customers to discuss wireless plans, devices, and service options as a Wireless Representative
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
- Support wireless sales conversations through clear, confident communication
- Deliver a positive customer service experience from initial interaction through follow-up
- Assist with account questions, upgrades, and basic service support
- Track daily activity and contribute to individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve Wireless Representative performance and customer satisfaction
- Represent Churchill professionally in all Wireless Representative interactions
