- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech, language, and psychological needs.

Develop and implement personalized education programs to support students with diverse needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies.

Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges.

Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions for students requiring psychological support.

Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.

Offer training and resources to staff and families on best practices for supporting students with special needs.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.

Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in special education and bilingual education.

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Current state licensure or certification in relevant fields (SLP, Psychologist, Special Education).

Experience working in educational settings, especially with diverse student populations.

Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and special education regulations.

Proficiency in bilingual education is a plus.
