We are looking for a Front of House Assistant who actually enjoys being around people. This is a fast-moving, people-first role where your attitude matters more than your resume.
You will be the face of the experience — welcoming guests, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every person who walks through the door leaves happy. If you thrive in a busy environment and love being part of a team that gets things done, this one is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Welcoming and seating guests with a warm, genuine approach
- Taking orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen or bar
- Delivering food and drinks accurately and in good time
- Checking in on tables and making sure guests have everything they need
- Handling payments, bills, and any questions that come up during service
- Keeping the front of house area clean, set, and guest-ready at all times
- Turning tables efficiently and preparing for the next service
- Supporting your team during rushes and jumping in wherever needed
What We Are Looking For
- A naturally warm and outgoing personality — this one is non-negotiable
- Someone who stays calm and focused when it gets busy
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job properly
- Previous FOH, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is great — but not essential
