NestGuard Exterminating is a locally owned and growing pest control company serving Hampton Roads. We're looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with real estate professionals, and educate homeowners on services that protect their homes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and creating long-term partnerships while earning a competitive income through salary and commission.
What You'll Do
- Generate new residential business opportunities
- Conduct inspections and provide service recommendations
- Prepare and present service proposals
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service
- Help grow recurring service programs including pest control, termite protection, mosquito control, and crawlspace solutions
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Pest control, home services, real estate, or construction experience is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
